WRRC rescues, treats and rehabilitates wild animals, and works on the welfare of captive wildlife, including elephants. Both organisations’ centres need a steady supply of medicines, feed, equipment, construction material and services, much of it paid for by CSR and other donor grants.
The Procurement Officer makes sure we buy what we need on time, at a fair price, and in a way that stands up to audit. You will run purchasing day to day, keep the paperwork clean, and look after the logistics and admin that keep the centres running.
The role covers both organisations, and the responsibilities below are the same for each. Each has its own accounts, budgets and donors, so you will keep their purchases, records and assets separate.
